I made this song after thinking about the concept of a 'public' servant. After a bit of reading (Erich Fromm), I realized that you can be in service to people or to things. Do we work to make other people's lives better or to amass more things? The current system has reduced many people to things that can easily be predicted/controlled. It's as if we're in a zoo of our own making.
